COPPELL, TX—Lee & Associates, a leading national real estate provider with regional expertise, has completed a lease for a 60,000 square foot industrial space located at 1111 Executive Drive in Coppell.
Tom Walrich and Reed Parker of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth, and Billy Snowden of the firm's Atlanta office represented the tenant Chadwell Supply, a national provider of apartment maintenance supplies. The landlord, Primera Companies Inc., was represented in-house by Pete Richardson and Drew Richardson.
The trio also represented Chadwell Supply in a 48,458 square foot industrial lease located at 16501 Central Green Blvd. in Houston. Ben Newell represented the landlord, IDI Services Group.
