MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA—Developers Eden Housing, and ROEM, along with local officials are expected to participate in a groundbreaking today for 48 new workforce apartments will be available to low-income families in Mountain View.

819 North Rengstorff Apartments, by architect KTGY Group Inc., will offer 49 studio apartments, which will include one manager's unit, and will be available to families with annual incomes at or below 45% of the Santa Clara County Area median income.

This development will provide a sustainable community for its residents while enhancing the existing neighborhood. The building's contemporary architecture will complement the downtown location and will integrate traditional Mediterranean colors with stucco exterior walls and tile roofing.
