HOUSTON—Johnson Capital, a growing national real estate capital advisory firm, is opening a Houston office to expand its platform in Texas.

The new office will be under the direction of current SVP, Ron Davis and managing director Jason Pumpelly, both of whom have been instrumental in growing Johnson Capital's business in Texas out of its Dallas office.

In 2013, Johnson Capital's Dallas office arranged debt, mezzanine, and/or joint venture equity for the development, acquisition, and refinancing for the following asset types - multi-family, student housing, senior housing, assisted living, memory care, office, retail, industrial, and self-storage.
