IRVINE, CA—The Irvine Company Retail Properties recently welcomed more than 40 new shops and restaurants across its centers in Southern California. The openings will take place throughout the year, adding to the diverse collection of retailers and brands at three properties.

In addition to the Spectrum Center leases which were reported recently in GlobeSt., Irvine Company has signed a number of retailers at other centers including Fashion Island and The Market Place complexes.

“Fashion Island, Irvine Spectrum Center and The Market Place lead our portfolio with their strong leasing pace,” said Dan Sheridan, president of Irvine Company Retail Properties. “But whether its our super-regionals or neighborhood and community centers, we're signing new stores that offer the communities we serve a more total retail and dining experience.”
