COPPELL, TX—ML Realty Partners LLC, has acquired Park West Crossing, a 98-acre land parcel near DFW International Airport. Michael Luecht, president and CEO of the firm said it plans to build four buildings totaling 307,500 square feet at the site.

The land is bordered by Freeport Parkway to the west, Southwestern Boulevard to the north, and South Belt Line Road to the east. ML Realty Partners says the class A industrial buildings, designed to accommodate single or multi-tenant use, will range in size from 40,600 square feet to 142,500 square feet. The new development will complement the nearly 500,000 square foot, five-building portfolio in Park West that ML Realty Partners acquired in 2013.

“Our accelerated expansion continues in Dallas / Fort Worth,” said Luecht. “Between this new development at Park West and our recently announced Crosby Trade Center development, we certainly are off to a great start in 2014.” ML Realty Partners is a real estate investor focused on both the acquisition and development of industrial real estate in the central United States.
