WEST PALM BEACH, FL—Quest Workspaces isn't nearly as big as Regus. No, not by a long shot. But the alternative office space provider is showing Regus-like ambition with aggressive serviced office growth. In less than three years, the business center operator has opened eight locations.

Now, the company is diversifying, launching Quest Real Estate Advisors (REA), a subsidiary that will handle commercial real estate projects and office space around the country. And not just for Quest Workspaces.

Indeed, Quest REA wants to help commercial real estate owners, investors, developers, and property managers further strengthen brand identity through the strategic development of client-focused amenities designed to raise property values and lower vacancy rates. For starters, Quest REA recently partnered with CGI Merchant Group, a private, investment, and management advisory firm, which acquired four office buildings in Palm Beach County to launch The Commons Executive Suites.
