PORTLAND, OR—Kidder Mathews has been retained to manage a portfolio of industrial properties totaling 1,144,745 square feet. The portfolio consists of: Yeon Business Center, a 5-building, 220,895 square foot industrial park in Portland, Cascade Business Center, a 3-building, 156,925 square foot industrial park in Tigard, and Wilsonville Distribution Center, a 2-building, 766,925 square foot industrial park in Wilsonville.
Jessica Gies, is the senior property manager for the project.
Kidder Mathews has one of the largest property management groups in the Pacific Northwest, with a portfolio of over 27 million square feet of industrial, office, retail, and medical/research properties.
