MINNEAPOLIS—Cassidy Turley has just promoted a group of associates in its Minneapolis office, GlobeSt.com has learned. Mark Stevens, Jon Engel, Taylor Irwin and Arianna Pittman will assume a variety of positions.

Stevens has been promoted to vice president. He currently leads the office project leasing team and serves as account manager for the Grand Oak Business Park in Eagan, a suburb of St. Paul. Stevens also cultivates and pursues new business with the office team. He has helped negotiate more than 400 lease and sale transactions totaling about 2.4-million-square-feet of office space and has represented local, regional and national firms. Stevens, a graduate of Iowa State University, has been a broker for 12 years, joining Cassidy Turley in 2006.

Engel has been promoted to senior transaction manager. He handles the reporting responsibilities for several clients, and performs human resources and administration services for the corporate services team. Engel is involved with several business associations such as NAIOP and CoreNet Global. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas and joined Cassidy Turley in 2012.

Irwin joins the property management team at the Eagan office in her new role as assistant property manager. She will assist in managing several buildings recently added to the portfolio. Irwin previously served as a property administrator assisting with the portfolio management of 23 properties totaling 2-million-square-feet. She also joined Cassidy Turley in 2012. Irwin graduated from Purdue University.

In Pittman's new role as assistant property manager, she will relocate to the company's office in the IDS Center where she will assist in managing a portfolio of properties totaling nearly 2-million-square-feet. Previously, she helped a team manage a portfolio of 21 properties totaling about 1-million-square-feet. She joined Cassidy Turley in 2012 and graduated from St. Cloud State University.
