INDIANAPOLIS—JLL has just promoted five of its Indianapolis brokers in recognition of their work in the office and industrial real estate brokerage and client service.

John Robinson, managing director of the firm's Indianapolis office, says it has promoted Adam Broderick from senior vice president to executive vice president in the company's office services group; Steve Schwegman, Brian Seitz and Jake Sturman, all from senior vice president to executive vice president in the industrial services group; and Graham Summers, from senior associate to vice president in the firm's office services group.

The promotions come after a year that saw the city's market attract new interest from investors in office properties and from investors and developers in its red-hot industrial sector.

“These brokers have been a very important part of JLL's team and its growth in the Indianapolis market,” Robinson says. “It is only appropriate that they be elevated to these positions.”

Broderick helps handle more than 3.65 million-square-feet of projects in both the suburban and CBD markets, including the 1.1-million-square-foot Chase Tower and the 1-million-square-foot Keystone at the Crossing. He has completed over 200 office lease transactions totaling over 1-million-square-feet.

Summers works with office tenants to develop and implement strategic real estate plans focused on reducing occupancy costs and mitigating risk. He has led JLL's market research efforts the last two years and also assists in JLL's business development efforts in Indianapolis.

Schwegman, Seitz and Sturman lead JLL's industrial services group and advise Fortune 500 firms, national 3PL firms and local businesses on supply chain and logistics issues.
