REDWOOD CITY, CA—Sares Regis Group of Northern California is putting the finishing touches on the Township Apartments, a 132-unit community that began leasing units in December.

The four-story building, at 333 Main St., marks the start of a wave of new apartments coming to the San Francisco Peninsula, according to the San Francisco Business Times. Sares Regis' Jeff Smith told the Times that about 40% of the Township's units leased within two and half months.

The project offers units ranging from one to three bedrooms, and leases are coming in between $2,650 and $3,800. The project is near Redwood City's downtown core and close to employment and other housing development sites.
