INDIANAPOLIS—HSA PrimeCare, the national health care real estate division of Chicago-based HSA Commercial Real Estate, has just completed the sale of the North Meridian Medical Center, a medical office building at 10601 North Meridian St. in Indianapolis. The 23,000-square-foot facility, located at the intersection of 106th St. and Meridian St., was purchased by Carmel Medical Office Building LLC, an affiliate of Multi-Specialty Surgery Center and a tenant of the building looking to expand its current practice. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Built in 1981 and remodeled in 1993, the center has two stories and sits about twelve miles north of the city's CBD near a number of advanced health facilities. It is less than one mile south of the 170-bed Indiana University Health North Hospital and adjacent to the St. Vincent's Heart Center of Indiana. Furthermore, it is less than three miles to the north of the 776-bed St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital, St. Vincent's flagship facility.
