Related Taps Blanca for 444 Brickell

MIAMI—Related Group is putting the fate of its leasing efforts at 444 Brickell in Tere Blanca's hands. Find out why she thinks she can fill it up.

MIAMI—Related Group is putting the fate of its leasing efforts at 444 Brickell in Tere Blanca‘s hands. Related just named Blanca Commercial Real Estate as the exclusive leasing agent for the 200,379-square-foot office building in the heart of the city’s Brickell Financial District.

Located along the Miami River, the 11-story office building offers fast access to Downtown Miami’s Central Business District. The leasing assignment follows Related’s acquisition of the building in late 2013.
