HONONLULU, HI—The Gentry Pacific Design Center has a new look and a new name.
The Office of Hawaiian Affairs, bought the center in the Honolulu neighborhood of Iwilei for $21 million in 2012. After investing about $9 million in improvments, the agency recently changed the building's name to “Na Lama Kukui,” according to a report in the Pacific Business News.
Colliers International Hawaii is handling leasing of the185,787-square-foot center, which is currently 87% occupied.
