INDIANAPOLIS—HFF has just been named to market for sale Waterfront Office Park, a four-building, 201,147-square-foot office park in Indianapolis.

HFF is marketing the property on behalf of the seller, New Boston Fund, a private equity real estate investment, development and management firm headquartered in Boston.

Waterfront is located on the west side of Indianapolis, just 10 minutes from downtown Indianapolis at the new $65 million interchange of I-74, Crawfordsville Rd., and the cities major beltway I-465.

Ken Martin, a director at HFF, leads the investment sales team that represents New Boston Fund. Matt Langfeldt and Rich Forslund of Cushman & Wakefield | Summit will also provide leasing and market expertise.
