DALLAS – David Tuttle has joined Keller Williams Commercial as director of the Office Group. In this new position he will focus on office investment sales transactions in the North Texas market.

“Our goal is to attract the very best in the commercial real estate industry to KW Commercial and clearly David Tuttle meets this standard of excellence and experience in the Dallas/Fort Worth marketplace,” says Keller Williams Realty CEO Mark Willis, in a statement.

Prior to joining KW Commercial, Tuttle worked for Swearingen Realty and Marcus & Millichap; and in 2008 started his own boutique firm, Tuttle Commercial. Through the course of his career, he has closed 2.3 million square feet of commercial space, totaling more than $174 million in mostly office deals.

Tuttle says the KW Commercial agent-focused culture was what drew him to the firm.

“Keller Williams truly puts the agent first in every aspect of how the company operates,” says Tuttle. “I have watched several friends and colleagues grow their business through KW Commercial over the years with extreme client satisfaction, and finally decided it was time for me to jump on board!”
