ATLANTA—It's been a while since I did an installment of “CRE Musical Chairs.” But with so much movement in March I was compelled to point out some of the chair swapping. These are a few of the promotions and firm-shifting I've seen in March.

At Trammell Crow Company, Joseph McGorrey joined the Atlanta business unit as senior vice president. In his new role, he's in charge of all aspects related to commercial development including deal sourcing, feasibility analysis, due diligence, financing, and leasing of both speculative and build-to-suit projects.
