Yet Another CRE Firm Enters Miami

MIAMI—With so much opportunity in Miami’s commercial real estate market, it’s no surprise that yet another firm is hanging out a shingle looking for a piece of the action. Hart Advisors Group just launched Hart Commercial, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm—and it’s setting its initial sights on South Florida.

Hart Advisors, a real estate advisory firm specializing in loan workouts, CMBS loan assumptions, and asset management, has offices in Miami, Laguna Niguel, CA, and Dallas. Hart Commercial expands the scope of those services, handling investment sales and commercial leasing, and providing consulting services to owners of real estate in the industrial, office, and retail markets. Sherri D. Beregovoy is heading the charge to establish the brand here as Miami market leader and senior vice president.
