The project, at 4707 Executive Drive is believed to be the largest net-zero commercial building in the U.S. LPL's says the project “demonstrates its commitment to sustainability and corporate citizenship

by incorporating the most sophisticated green technologies and health and wellness benefits for employees in its office design.”
