HOUSTON – Principal Real Estate Investors has sold Centre at Cypress Creek. The four-building complex, which totals 465,716 square feet, sold to SG Cypress Real Estate Ventures for an undisclosed price.
The property contains three office buildings, totaling 220,622 square feet, as well as a 245,094-square-foot industrial building. The office component is 93.6% leased to a variety of tenants including Gexa Energy, FoxConn, Intel Americas and Noble Energy. Amenities include a cafeteria, auditorium and jogging trails.
The Centre at Cypress Creek sits within the former HP Compaq Computer Campus, a 300-acre office park in northwest Houston.
HFF's investment sales team represented the seller, while Coventry Investment Group Inc. and Coventry Realty Advisors worked with the buyer.
