DALLAS – Hines has plans in place to construct a 23-story office tower at 2371 Victory Park Ave. The project was designed by Duda/Paine Architects.
“This project will be a true next-generation office building, utilizing best practices we've learned from our previous developments in Houston, Dallas and around the world,” says Hines Southwest Regional CEO Mark Cover, in a statement.
The 470,000-square-foot building will include 15 levels of office space as well as a 7,000-square-foot fitness center, a conference center, on-site restaurant and café.
Duda/Paine Architects' design also includes a 29,000 square-foot, rectangular floor plates, 10-foot floor-to-ceiling glass. The sloped design will point toward Victory Avenue.
Construction is slated to begin during the fourth quarter of this year and complete in the first quarter of 2017.
Cushman & Wakefield will oversee the leasing and marketing of the new building.
This new office tower will be situated just north of Hines' One Victory Park. That property, located at 2323 Victory Ave., opened in October 2008. The 17-story, 445,000-square-foot building was designed by BOKA Powell and contains tenants such as Haynes and Boone, Ernst & Young, and PlainsCapital Corp. The property received ENERGY STAR and LEED Silver certification in 2010.
Hines has more than 2.8 million square feet of space in the Dallas area.
