BRIDGEWATER, NJ–Cassidy Turley has arranged a 20,580-square-foot expansion lease for its long-term high-tech client Nistica at 745 Route 202-206 in Bridgewater, GlobeSt.com has learned.
The optical subsystems company will occupy an entire floor at the Whitestar Advisors-owned office building. CT's Warren Searles and Charles Parmelli represented Nistica, while John Osborne of Bergman Real Estate Group represented the landlord.
Nistica already had headquarters in the Bridgewater building, but needed additional space. The expansion, to be completed in multiple phases over the next 12 months, will allow the company to develop, test and create prototypes for future products.
“The location works extremely well for them due to its proximity to their existing employee base, but will also serve Nistica's goal to attract and retain future talent from the area,” said Searles.
Nistica supplies optical modules and line-cards that simplify, automate and make affordable
the delivery of high-bandwidth applications. Formed in January 2005, the company is now a subsidiary of Fujikura Ltd., one of Japan's prominent suppliers of communications and power products.
CT represents a wide range of clients, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies and from local non-profits to major institutions. In New Jersey, CT's offices are in Chatham.
