HOUSTON, TX—Three new employees have joined the Houston office of Cresa, North America's largest tenant representation firm.

Jay Nowlin joined Cresa as principal to open an office for the firm in The Woodlands. With more than 28 years in commercial real estate, he brings a breadth of experience, including acquisition, disposition, financing, management, and leasing. Prior to joining the Cresa team, Nowlin served as president of a commercial real estate company that placed more than $3.3 billion in debt and equity capital, sold over $200 million in commercial real estate, and managed a portfolio in excess of 7 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space.

Sandy Fishlock joined Cresa Houston as a SVP. Fishlock brings a range of experience in law, management, and marketing, specializing in international and domestic corporate services and major office leasing projects. She has completed transactions comprising of leases, and building and land sales, totaling 13.6 million square feet and valued in excess of $505 million. Fishlock worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a brokerage professional with the office leasing division for 14 years.
