AUSTIN–Embrey Partners has completed the 344-unit Escape at Four Points. The class A, luxury garden apartment complex is located at 11210 FM 2222 in west Austin.

“There are great schools, great amenities and convenient access to major Austin employment centers. We feel very fortunate to be able to deliver a first-class, multi-family development to a truly unique site,” says Jeff Booth, Embrey's senior managing partner.

As part of the construction process, San Antonio-based Embrey worked closely with the City of Austin in order to preserve as much of the natural environment as possible. For example, Embrey built the buildings to have walkout basement foundations that worked with the site's grade, which allowed the company to preserve more trees.

“We made the buildings work with the land, not the other way around,” Booth says.

The multifamily community contains one-, two- and three-bedroom units, ranging in size from 700 square feet to 1,355 square feet. Amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, resident lounge with coffee bar and game room.

Escape at Four Points will add to Embrey's portfolio of more than 2,000 multi-family units developed in the last year.

As GlobeSt.com reported last month, Embrey started construction on GreenVUE, a class A, transit-oriented residential development located just three miles from the new State Farm campus. The project will include 400 one- and two-bedroom units, ranging in size from 650 square feet to 1,450 square feet.
