MENLO PARK, CA—Principal Real Estate Investors and Tarlton Properties, Inc., a commercial property development and asset manager, says Kidder Mathews has been hired to be the exclusive broker for its Menlo Business Park.
Gregg Domanico, EVP and managing partner for the firm's Redwood Shores office, and Mary Hines, SVP, will lead the Kidder Mathews team.
Domanico has more than 25-years of experience with life science real estate and facilities. Since December 2007, he has helped to grow the Kidder Mathews Northern California operations from one office with 15 agents to three offices with 72 agents, while adding property management and valuation services.
