SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA—Select Capital Corporation (SCC), the dealer manager for private offerings and public non-traded REITs sponsored by Strategic Storage Holdings, LLC, has promoted Brian Buehler to national sales director.
In his new role, Buehler is responsible for overseeing sales efforts for San Juan Capistrano-based SCC, which is currently the dealer manager for Ladera Ranch-based Strategic Storage Trust II, Inc. (SST2), and previously served as dealer manager for Strategic Storage Trust, Inc. (SSTI), the first public non-traded REIT targeting the self-storage market. Buehler will be based in the Ladera Ranch, office.
Buehler joined SCC as first vice president, Western markets in 2011. From 2005-2011, he was first vice president, Western markets for the previous dealer manager for SSTI. Prior to 2005, Buehler was senior vice president of national sales and managing director of organization and offering for Hartman Management L.P. He has also served as director of operations for Pegasus Financial and Insurance Services Inc., wholesaler for Pacific Life Insurance Company, and registered representative vice president for Merrill Lynch.
