Abdo joins CBC Alliance from EVO Real Estate Group, which was formerly Winoker Realty Co. Inc., where he spent the last 12 years leading the company's leasing efforts as an EVP and partner. Previously, Abdo worked at Newmark & Co. for 17 years.

Over the course of his career, Abdo has negotiated over two million square-feet of real estate transactions. His tenants have included Chadbourne & Parke, Rodman & Renshaw, H. C. In his new role, Abdo will provide owner representation and tenant advisory services to clients throughout the New York City area. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.

“Corey brings a tremendous amount of experience to his new position with an exceptional track record and understanding of the local real estate landscape,” says Richard Selig, Principal, Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance. “He also has a passion for dedicated, client-focused servicing, making him the ideal candidate to help our firm continue its ascension into one of the true leaders in Manhattan commercial real estate.”
