PARIS—Orion European Real Estate Fund IV sponsored by Orion Capital Managers LLP has bought the 62,874 square-meter Domus Shopping Center on the eastern outskirts of Paris. The firm is said to have paid around $97 million (EURO 70 M).

The seller was KP Investments, a subsidiairy of Rabo Real Estate Group, according to a website of European Real Estate Publishers, Co.

Domus was completed in 2006 as a covered shopping center focused on home products and furnishings. It is anchored by both local and international home retailers.
