DALLAS–Regus has signed a five-year lease renewal for 22,331 square feet. Tremont Realty Capital owns the class A office building.
The company is located in the Abrams Centre, a 15-story, 325,750-square-foot office building. The property, located at 9330 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, was built in 1983.
“We are happy to be able to complete this transaction and accommodate Regus,” says Dennis Walsh of Tremont. “They run a first class operation and, given Regus' commitment, it validates Abrams Centre as a premier business address.”
Abrams Centre has more than 190,000 square feet of available space, including a contiguous block of 70,000 square feet.
CBRE's Baron Aldrine represented Regus while Tremont Realty Capital worked with Cassidy Turley.
