AUSTIN, TX—SRS Real Estate Partners has welcomed T.J. Powell as first vice president in the Austin office. He will focus on tenant and landlord representation.
Powell has four years of commercial real estate experience and joins SRS from Retail Solutions. There, he focused on third party project leasing and tenant representation. Powell has made a name for himself in the Austin market. He has worked with notable national retailers such as HEB, Firehouse Subs, and Wells Fargo.
"We are thrilled to have T.J. join the SRS Austin team," said Will Majors, senior vice president and market leader for the Austin office. "T.J. brings great experience and a large number of important relationships that he has developed over the last four years in real estate brokerage. He will play a key role in growing SRS' presence in central and south Texas."
Powell has a juris doctor from South Texas College of Law and a bachelor's degree from Baylor University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as the ICSC Next Gen Committee.
