DALLAS–The Lebanon Ohio Center in Frisco, TX has changed hands. The retail complex was sold by LandPlan Development Corp. to Los Angeles-based Shayan Holdings. The purchase price for the 29,200-square-foot shopping center was not disclosed.
“Lebanon Ohio Center is an interesting asset because it is just off of Preston Road by about a block, tenants can capture the high-end Frisco shopper without paying Preston Road rental rates,” says CBRE's Jennifer Pierson.
Jennifer Pierson as well as Beth Pierson represented LandPlan Development.
The unanchored shopping center, which sits in a dense Dallas suburb, is 90% occupied. Tenants include CrossFit Remedy and Arts and Technology Institute.
