Prudential Prairie Joins Berkshire Hathaway

CHICAGO—The Elmhurst-based broker serves the western suburbs and is just the latest small company to throw in with a big brand-name.

CHICAGO—Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices has just added the suburban Prudential Prairie Path, Realtors®, to its network, making it just the latest small brokerage to start doing business under one of the most respected corporate brands in the US. The Irvine, CA-based Berkshire Hathaway now spans 37 states and includes more than 28,000 agents and 750 offices.

“This was a chance to become part of a company that I knew was run by the best minds in real estate,” Mickey Muisenga, broker and owner of Prairie Path, Realtors®, tells GlobeSt.com. “I was able to peek into their technology package and their marketing package and it’s extraordinary.”
