JERSEY CITY, NJ−Bussel Realty Corp. closed industrial real estate deals totaling 219,000 square feet in the last month in northern and central New Jersey.

Its president Steve Bussel says the leasing deals are coming fast and thick and he predicts no let-up. (See previous market story here.)

“We anticipate user demand to surge in coming quarters, as better quality blocks of space are absorbed and as users scramble to find well-located, suitable space for their businesses,” said the president of the Edison-based firm.

BRC's recently completed transactions include these leases, in which its executives represented the building owners:

· 111,000 square feet taken by Atlantic USA Holdings at 150 Pacific Avenue in Jersey City (with David Posner handling the deal)

· a 27,013-square-foot expansion by Med-Plus Inc. Express at 39 Mayfield Avenue in Edison (David Blitt and Jeffrey Goldfinger )

· 20,000 square feet taken by CMS Management Solutions at 300 McGaw Drive in Edison, (Herb Zimmerman)

· 16,200 square feet leased by Super Products LLC at 107 Sunfield Ave. in Edison (Jordan Metz)

· 12,000 square feet leased by Nutricia North American at 10 Saddle Rd. in Cedar Knolls (Gregory Irving)

· 10,220 square feet leased to Comairco at 17 Progress Street in Edison (Zimmerman and Goldfinger).

In addition, BRC brokered these two sales, representing both sides in each deal:

· a 14,000-square-foot retail/office building at 351 Route 22 in North Plainfield, sold to The Blitz Family for $875,000 (James Hodgkins)

· a 9,000-square-foot industrial building located at 543 Pennsylvania Ave. in Linden, sold to Moshe & Daniel Weirs for $400,000 (Metz).
