SECAUCUS, NJ–Two long-term leases were signed at a Meadowlands office building, with the tenants signing together as one entity taking 7,300 square feet.
Bergman Real Estate Group and Gottesman Real Estate Partners arranged the leases at 333 Meadowlands Parkway, a six-story building with a total of 138,000 square feet. The office part of the building is now close to fully occupied.
University Communications, Inc. and Fortressitx, LLC, jointly signed leases, with Cresa NJ's Edward M. English representing them in a deal that allows quick occupancy.
