DALLAS–Campbell B. Henry has been brought on as director of Spire Real Estate Brokers Inc. The 10-year industry professional will be responsible for leasing in Dallas and Fort Worth – a portfolio that totals more than 5.5 million square feet.

Prior to joining Spire, Henry was vice president at CNL Commercial Real Estate. While in that role he created the brokerage services platform for the company's Dallas office. His team offered advisory services to office, industrial, medical and lab space users.

Before CNL, the Dallas native worked with Jones Lang LaSalle for six years as a member of the brokerage services. Henry began his career with Stream Realty Partners as an associate. In this role, he was responsible for developing new business for the office leasing and tenant representation groups.

Spire Realty Group is a locally-based privately-held real estate investment company. The firm owns and manages a portfolio including office, retail, multifamily, parking facilities, and land development sites.
