DALLAS–Callison has signed a 20,702-square-foot office lease at Bryan Tower. The architecture and design firm, which specializes in retail and commercial markets, will move into the 40-story property at 2001 Bryan St.
“We are excited to move to our new offices in Bryan Tower. This downtown space perfectly fits our growth plans for the next ten years,” says David Cassidy, Callison principal.
Callison is not the only architecture firm in Bryan Tower. WDG Architecture and HNTB are both, also housed in the 1.1-million-square-foot building.
The property has about 300,000 square feet of available space.
Spire Realty Group's Andrew Schendle and Allison Johnston represented the landlord, while Charles Daggett and Stephen Hemphill with Mohr Partners represented the tenant.
