MIAMI—Blanca Commercial Real Estate just landed yet another exclusive leasing gig. After acquiring one of South Florida’s most iconic properties, Miami-based Banyan Street Capital and Los Angeles-based Oaktree Capital Management tapped Blanca to lease Douglas Entrance Office Park in Coral Gables.

Located at 800 South Douglas Road, Douglas Entrance Office Park is a 467,325-square-foot, five-building landmark office complex. The park includes a mix of class A high-rise office towers, street-level retail, boutique office suites, and event space.
