TAMPA, FL—In a market with that's in the state's top 10 for lowest industrial vacancy rates, Franklin Street is throwing down the gauntlet. The company just hired industrial guru Bryce Grafton to serve as director of industrial investment sales in its Tampa, FL office.

Grafton has more than 16 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties across the country.
