With its fantastic fundamentals and considerable job and economic growth, Texas has stolen the spotlight from some of the nation’s top-tier markets. In an environment like this, then, it’s of little surprise that its commercial real estate professionals are also  standing out, even the ones that haven’t become veterans of the industry.
