WPC Inks 21,531 SF in Portfolio

WASHINGTON, DC—Small amounts of space added up quickly for Washington Property Co.

WASHINGTON, DC—Washington Property Co. has inked some 21,531 square feet of space across its portfolio in the Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia markets, it reports. Most of the leases are small, but they have added up for the company.

Most of the activity took place at 1390 Piccard Dr., in Rockville, MD, where some 13,535 square feet was leased.
