McAllen Distribution Center On The Market

MCALLEN, TX–CBRE has been tasked with marketing the vacant building in Southern Texas.

MCALLEN, TX–The McAllen Distribution Center has been put up for sale. CBRE is marketing the 210,140-square-foot, class A distribution facility. 6800 International LTD is disposing of the property.

The property, which sits close to the Anzalduas International Trade Bridge and the McAllen Foreign Trade Zone, includes 24-foot clear height docks, 12,000-square-feet of office space, 19 dock-high doors, and on-site trailer staging. It also has refrigerated air conditioning.
