NEW YORK CITY—Is the city in another bubble? In the latest installment of the Knakal News Network, Massey Knakal chairman Robert Knakal looks at the underlying fundamentals to figure out just how 2014 will shape up.

However, "demand is excessive," says Knakal, and so there does not seem to be a let up in buying. Knakal then looks at the impact of Federal and local taxes on demand, and concludes the video by examining the likelihood of an interest rate increase during the year.
