FAIRFIELD,NJ–Bussel Realty Corp. brokered the sale of a 33,484-square-foot industrial flex facility here for $2.6 million. The building was acquired by Smart-MNLS, a vase supply company.
The sale of the property at 25 Dwight Place for Ented Associates was handled by James Hodgkins of BRC.
“Smart-MNLS was attracted to the property for its excellent highway access to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Port Newark/Elizabeth and inland routing destinations,” Hodgkins said.
The facility is situated on 2.2 acres, just off the intersection for Route 46, Route 23 and I-80. The building includes 4,000 square feet of office space. It has 20-foot ceilings, one loading dock and drive-in, 1600 amps of power, and 90-car parking.
BRC, which has its headquarters in Edison, has one of the largest dedicated industrial brokerage staffs in New Jersey. The firm is currently handling more than three million square feet of corporate and industrial real estate in the state.
