DALLAS–Playtri will open its fourth Dallas location later this month, through a 5,300-square-foot least. The professional triathlon organization also has plans in place to expand within Dallas and then branch out to Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Oklahoma and Colorado in 2015.

The Dallas expansion is due in part to the ever-increasing number of people training for triathlons. “Our goal is to spread the accessibility to health-living,” Ahmed Zaher, founder of Playtri, tells GlobeSt.com. “We also have a lot of clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.”

The latest Playtri location will be located within the Longwood Plaza at 7171 Colleyville Blvd. Ward Richmond and Bryson Battle of Colliers International represented Playtri in the lease. Chris Corbin with Venture Commercial represented the landlord.

For Richmond, representing Playtri was part of his own personal experience with the company.

“I started out training with Playtri in Ahmed's garage in 2008, at that time he was my next door neighbor, and it has been amazing to be a part of helping and watching them expand them to four retail locations in Dallas/Fort Worth,” Richmond tells GlobeSt.com “Playtri has coached me through three Ironman Triathlons and qualification for the US Age Group National Championships in 2013.”
