WAYNE, NJ−Bloomingdale's Furniture Outlet will fill the 50,000-square-foot building on Route 46 formerly occupied by PC Richards, according to Paramus-based retail real estate brokerage The Goldstein Group.

“This freestanding building, with its prominent position and visibility in the heart of the Route 46 Wayne market, will provide Bloomingdale's with a prime location,” said Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group.

The property is close to Willowbrook Mall, and other nearby tenants on Route 45 include Sears, Kohl's, Macy's, Fairway Market, David's Bridal, Home Depot, Staples and Costco.

Lew Finkelstein, executive vice president of The Goldstein Group, brokered the transaction on behalf of the landlord. No other details were given..
