DALLAS–Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has hired Richmond Collinsworth as vice president in the office division. The local literally grew up in the business as the son of a commercial real estate attorney.

“Growing up, I remember sitting in the backseat of the car while my dad was hashing out the deal,” Collinsworth says. “And as I got older, I continued to learn the business from the bottom up, beginning with mowing properties, painting and cleaning out vacant buildings.”

Most recently, Collinsworth was vice president at TIG. Prior to that he worked at Advantage Realty.

“His skill set is so much more diverse than you prototypical project leasing agent," says Ed Pachecano, senior vice president, managing partner and head of Bradford's office leasing division. “He understands how to bring value to a building because he can view it as an owner. He brings a higher level of service to our team and adds a critical element to our office platform."

Collinsworth received his bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama and his master's degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University here in Dallas.
