BOSTON—CBRE Group reports that it has hired Steve Wendel as FHA Lending Head of Production for its capital markets multifamily division based here.
Company officials say Wendel, formerly with Berkeley Point Capital, will play a key role in CBRE's planned expansion of its FHA lending platform for both multifamily and seniors housing loans.
“Steve is an accomplished commercial real estate investment professional with nearly three decades of experience,” says Stephanie McFadden, managing director, FHA Lending, CBRE Capital Markets. “We look forward to his leadership of our production team, along with his extensive experience and strategic vision as we continue to grow our FHA team.”
