BALA CYNWYD, PA–The construction firm LF Driscoll Co. has taken a long-term lease of 20,500 square feet at 401 City Ave. here, in a deal negotiated by Binswanger.
LF Driscoll, which has had its headquarters in Bala Cynwyd for more than 20 years, is the largest locally-based construction manager in the Philadelphia region.
Binswanger represented LF Driscoll and also the building owner.
“We are very pleased to have secured the terms and location at such a prominent building for LF Driscoll for the next decade,” said Nick Sannelli, who along with Josh Haber, represented the tenant. Scott Gabrielsen, the president of Binswanger Commercial Metro, who represented the owner, said LF Driscoll will occupy prime space within the 400,000-square-foot building.
The structure is now 95% leased, according to the brokerage, which is headquartered I Philadelphia.
