MISSION VIEJO, CA—Wermers Properties has joined forces with Watermarke Properties to develop a luxury apartment complex called Adagio on the Green, in South Orange County.
Adjacent to the Mission Viejo Country Club, the property will have clear views of the club's expansive grounds as well as easy access to the 5 Freeway. It is targeted for completion by Summer 2015.
