SAN ANTONIO–Stone Chase Apartments has reopened after undergoing a complete renovation. The one- and two-bedroom apartment community is located at 7914 Ray Bon Dr. Philadelphia-based Harvest Equities Inc. owns the asset.
“Stone Chase is another positive addition to Walzem Road to assist the overall redevelopment and growth of the city and the Windcrest area,” says John Curry, principal at Harvest Equities. “We believe strongly that the area is making a comeback with the continuing addition of companies joining nearby RackSpace, and now with the availability of high-quality, first-class housing for new residents.”
The $3 million renovation included designer touches and hotel-inspired amenities. It now offers a modernized clubhouse, resort-style pool and onsite recycling program.
Units range in size from 557 square feet to 939 square feet. The interior amenities include granite countertops, in-suite fireplaces, custom-wood cabinetry, full-size washers and dryers and energy-efficient lighting.
Alliance Residential Co. manages the asset.
