SACRAMENTO, CA—In order to manage its robust Sacramento and Midwest commercial real estate real estate portfolio, Westcore Properties has added Steve McKibben to its award-winning team. He will join the firm as senior vice president of asset management.

McKibben's professional experience includes stints at Panattoni Development Company and most recently Reit Management & Research, LLC. While with Reit Management & Research, McKibben was a senior executive overseeing seven offices, 35 employees, and the firm's western US portfolio averaging 6 million square feet and 275 tenants. McKibben's role with Panattoni Development included overseeing the company's large industrial portfolio in Central California. In this position he successfully completed more than 3 million square feet of new class A development projects with a market value of $150 million, and negotiated more than 1.5 million square feet of commercial leasing transactions for the firm.
